Not recommended to stay here!! They say that this is a 5 star hotel but it's not. Not clean at all. They show you something and give you something else. Fan speed control doesn't work. All taps are dripping in bathroom. Bed sheets, towel are dirty they have stains. Everything is dusty.

Its a amazing stay at Bali Palace KATRA, My self Ansar AK Pathan a tour operator from Indore MP, recently my group stay 2 days at Katra and they were so happy with services and hotel. Mr Sahil the manager is very helpful in nature, His team offer dinner to group by 01 pm in nights, Its very kind of you Team Bali Palace Highly recommended. Thanks Mr Vivek Sir for a wonderful stay.

Stayed for 2 days and 3 nights. We had a very comfortable stay. The hotel staff was very polite. Food was marvellous and the quality of the food was money worthy. Location was easy to find. It's a good hotel for short stays.

A very good Hotel under affordable prices. The Spacious Room and clean mattress and 24 hrs warm water supply. Although restaurant is not available with this Hotel but food served in room was of great taste and quality.

Booked after reaching katra, check in was smooth and room was easily available. They arranged vehicle for sightseeing & briefed about to do things in city. Staff was courteous and helping. Rooms were ok ok type.
